Our business hours start at 5:00 p.m. and end at 9:00 p.m. and include weekends.

representative—often using the field agent’s mobile phone—we are able to deliver an important service option to the borrower that facilitates direct communication, check by
phone and verification of information with maximum effectiveness.
Our ‘prime time’ field contact services will increase your staff’s ability to communicate with customers early in the delinquent cycle and reduce your need for further
costly actions.
At Prime Time Contact Solutions, we have the proven experience to motivate your borrower, offer counseling and present client approved modification/workout programs,
customized to your specific needs.
We also can provide a personal document delivery service for the “hard-to-contact” borrower, in order to facilitate the completion of paperwork such as loan
applications or other confidential documentation.
